Close Knit Family Housing is a nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals move from survival to stability through safe housing, life skills, and consistent support.
We focus on serving unaccompanied youth ages 16–18 who are working to finish high school despite experiencing instability. Our goal is to provide them with the structure, guidance, and resources they need to stay on track academically while preparing for a successful transition into adulthood. As part of our growth, we are working toward opening a transitional home for youth by Spring 2027, creating a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive.
In addition, we serve young adults ages 18–24 who are experiencing homelessness. Through our programs, participants receive support in building financial stability, developing life skills, and creating a clear path toward independence and permanent housing.
At Close Knit Family Housing, we believe that stability is more than just a place to live it’s access to opportunity, community, and the tools needed to build a sustainable future. We are dedicated to walking alongside those we serve, helping them gain confidence, structure, and a renewed sense of direction moving each person from survival to stability.
